Non-complicated Cases are the cases as follows:

1. the cases where the plaintiff claims the payment of a determinate sum of money under a bill, which acknowledgement or the payment has been denied;
2. the cases where the plaintiff claims the payment of a determinate sum of money under a written contract which appears to be genuine, valid, and enforceable under the law.
